Job Title: Product Manager Development for LATAM

Job Description Summary: The Product Manager will drive the effectiveness of the overall automation testing strategy and ensure the adoption of industry best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Testing Strategy:

  • Oversee the definition of test scripts to ensure code validation through automation.
  • Ensure the team applies a test automation framework and continuous delivery tools through coaching and technical expertise.
  • Drive the effectiveness of test execution throughout the software development lifecycle to address issues promptly.

• Customer and Product Management Interaction:

  • Seek input from customers and product management to ensure products add value and meet customer needs.
  • Gather feedback on product performance to inform improvements.

• Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead the team in taking ownership and responsibility for solving problems and driving process improvements.
  • Identify and highlight gaps in team expertise and work to address them.
  • Monitor code reviews to address issues, using root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.
  • Own the development and execution of best practices within the team, focusing on a small product or sub-system.

• Requirements Management:

  • Ensure the team receives effective business requirements and decomposes them into well-defined user stories.
  • Ensure the team, especially product owners, understand the domain thoroughly.
