Our client is a multi-brand, subscription-based pet company selling across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and TikTok Shop. With a loyal customer base and strong recurring revenue, they’ve built a lean, high-impact team that’s scaling fast — and now they’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take things to the next level.
Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to report directly to the CEO and own strategy and performance across all acquisition channels. This person will work closely with agencies, creative teams, and product stakeholders to drive measurable results and continuously optimize marketing performance.
Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart, and Chewy
Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability and high performance
Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion — daily, weekly, and monthly
Dive deep into analytics via GA4, Triple Whale, and platform dashboards to uncover insights
Drive CRO efforts through landing page and funnel testing
Align performance with brand strategy across creative, retention, and product teams
Lead marketplace growth, managing both paid and organic strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and Chewy
Experiment constantly, testing new platforms, formats, targeting, and offers
Deliver clear reporting and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO=
3–6 years of hands-on growth marketing experience
Deep experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, Amazon Ads, and marketplaces
Strong analytics skills — you live in the numbers and spot inefficiencies fast
Proficient with GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad dashboards
Proven success managing agencies and hitting performance KPIs
Marketplace knowledge (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy) is a strong plus
Bonus: experience with subscription-based models or pet brands
Self-starter, highly collaborative, and obsessed with performance
High-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO
