About us
At Koltin, we’re redesigning the way we care for our moms, dads, and grandparents to help them remain healthy and independent for as long as possible.
How do we do it? Through our health memberships, which provide personalized, preventive care to support our members’ long-term well-being.
We are the first company in Mexico offering health memberships that include major medical insurance coverage for older adults-up to 84 years old-backed by BBVA Seguros Salud.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive initiatives end-to-end, from ambiguous problems to shipped outcomes with measurable impact. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data, clinical/medical teams, operations, and commercial stakeholders to define what to build, why it matters, and how we’ll know it worked.
Success in this role means framing the right problems, aligning stakeholders, making clear trade-offs, and delivering product improvements that drive member value and business outcomes, with a strong bias toward learning and iteration.
You’re a good fit if you:
- Identify with our Engineering Values (Ownership, Collaboration, Growth, Excellence, Sustainability).
- Take full ownership of outcomes: you drive initiatives end-to-end from ambiguous problems to shipped impact.
- Collaborate deeply across functions (engineering, design, data, ops, clinical) to align on the problem, approach, and trade-offs.
- Hold a high bar for quality: you care about clarity, usability, reliability, and operational readiness—not just shipping.
- Are truly data-driven: you define success metrics up front, ensure instrumentation, and use qualitative + quantitative insights to guide decisions and iterate.
- Lead with curiosity: you ask great questions, challenge assumptions, and turn uncertainty into learning plans (research, experiments, fast iterations).
- Communicate crisply and proactively: you keep stakeholders aligned through clear narratives, docs, and decision logs.
- Use AI-powered tools to increase productivity and quality including rapid prototyping (e.g., concept mocks, flows, spec drafts, analysis), while retaining full ownership of decisions and outcomes.
What are we looking for:
- ~5+ years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent experience shipping digital products end-to-end).
- Strong product sense: can identify high-leverage problems and propose solutions that balance user value and business impact.
- Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products on tight iteration cycles.
- Experience with analytics and experimentation: defining metrics, building dashboards/queries, interpreting results.
- Strong stakeholder management: can align clinical/ops/commercial constraints with product direction.
- Comfort operating in a high-ownership environment with changing priorities and quick iteration.
- Experience in healthcare/insurance/fintech is a plus, not a requirement, judgment and fundamentals matter most.
Key Outcomes:
- Projects you lead move from problem framing to measurable impact reliably
- Complex problems are broken down into well-scoped phases, with risks and trade-offs surfaced early.
- Roadmaps and priorities are clear: teams understand what we’re doing, why, and how we’ll measure success.
- Shipped work improves key member and business metrics (activation, retention, utilization, NPS, claims efficiency, unit economics, depending on the area).
- The team moves faster over time thanks to better discovery, clearer specs, better instrumentation, and sharper decisions.
- Stakeholders trust the process because communication is consistent, crisp, and grounded in data and user insight.
How we hire:
We aim to complete the process in ~2 weeks. There may be one additional step if needed.
- Recruiter call (15–20 min)
Context on role, motivations, and logistics.
- Product leadership (45–60 min)
Deep dive into product judgment: problem framing, prioritization, strategy, metrics, and trade-offs.
