As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a product squad of talented designers and engineers. This role is pivotal in driving our product vision, enhancing user experiences, and shaping impactful features that delight our users.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a product squad of talented designers and engineers. This role is pivotal in driving our product vision, enhancing user experiences, and shaping impactful features that delight our users.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Leadership- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Develop product roadmaps and communicate plans to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver features from ideation to launch and beyond
- Serve as a product evangelist to drive adoption and awareness internally and externally
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize features and guide product experiments, such as A/B tests
- Collaborate closely with designers to create intuitive and functional user experiences
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to ensure the product meets evolving customer needs
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture within the product squad
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or crypto startups
- Proven track record of leading fintech products such as wallets or payment platforms
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and DeFi ecosystems is a big plus
- Proficiency in analytics tools for data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, prioritizing and making decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
