This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape software products in a dynamic, fast-growing consultancy environment. You will define product vision, drive strategy, and manage end-to-end delivery for high-impact SaaS solutions. Accountabilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and user story creation to delivery and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product vision and roadmap
- Utilize metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure product performance and drive decision-making
- Prioritize product support issues and manage project deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
- Oversee product architecture and integration with broader solutions
- Facilitate meetings and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Apply usability and human factors principles to enhance product design and user experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or software development
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Experience with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, or similar SDLC tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage projects, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional collaboration effectively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills using metrics and performance indicators
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for high-quality product delivery
- Experience with user interface design principles and usability best practices is a plus
