Metova is seeking a skilled Product Manager (Analyst) with a passion for technology and product development to join our team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing market trends and user feedback to drive product enhancements and create engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and specifications.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate product vision, strategies, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and marketing strategies.
• Facilitate product-related meetings and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
• Excellent understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Proven ability to gather requirements, create documentation, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
